Had two decks with very deferred maintenance to the point resurfacing was needed. WC came out to look exactly when they promised to. They set clear expectations. Their bid was actually the best one I got of several. They identified closely what they could know and not know. And they started work quickly. Upon starting work they found some additional issues that needed addressing but offered a change order with very reasonable pricing. They worked daily until it was done and did great work. No hassle, professional, well priced.

Very happy with the work! We had our deck resurfaced and it looks great. So much better than before. They also left the area clean. Definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about WC Decking. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Franklin, who came to do my estimate spent over an hour with me and answered all of my questions. The estimate provided was very thorough and included all possible scenarios. I knew that it was going to be a big job because we had a waterfall from our sliding door into our living room the last big rain (coming from the upstairs balcony). I had 4 other people come to take a look and only 2 of them even got back to me with an estimate. Pretty sure the job was over their head. Not WC Decking. They know what they are doing!!! Big shout out to Deion in the office, who was very communicative, Luis, the foreman who came to the property several times and answered all of my questions. And finally, to Kevin & Julio, my team who worked very hard and put up with me watching them work occasionally. They were always on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job. If you have leaking balconies, don't waste your time with anyone else...hire them already!

WC Deck & Waterproofing did an outstanding job at our condo building from start to finish. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful in executing the complicated process of restoring and waterproofing our twelve balconies and four rooftop patios, (many that were leaking into the condo units below them), and also the rear of building concrete and foundation. The team includes Business Owner, President and Licensed contractor Franklin Castillo, President of Operations Luis Aguirre, Foreman's Esvin Orellanna and Marcos, and Project Manager's Kimberly Paz, Suany Caceres and Massiel AguirreI. They provided courteous, professional and prompt service and would often go the extra mile to meet our HOA's individual needs. Any issues that did come up were handled promptly and professionally. They provided timely communication and updates and were very knowledgeable in handling all the different construction needs of our project. They also worked very clean and the pricing was very good. The balconies and rooftop patios and new concrete and foundation look absolutely beautiful and most importantly, no longer leak into the units below! All did a fantastic job in every aspect and our HOA could not be happier and we highly recommend them!!!

The estimate was scheduled promptly and the representative was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of details and ideas to mull over before making a choice with other companies. The installers then came in and were clean and they did the work properly and communicated their schedule and ended up doing a fine job. I would recommend them to anyone requesting a deck.to be resurfaced.
